Quotes, pricing and availability
Any prices, promotions or offers discussed are quotes only and are not confirmed until a booking is made, deposited and confirmed by the applicable supplier. Fares, taxes, fees, promotions, group space and cabin categories are set by the supplier and are subject to change and availability at the time of booking.
Special group-space pricing may be available for qualifying sailings.
Best Price Guarantee

Galveston parking benefit
The $50 parking benefit is provided by Dustin Jones with FAB Travel and Events - Dream Vacations for qualifying bookings.
Terms and eligibility requirements apply. The benefit is subject to qualifying booking requirements and a maximum benefit of $50 per qualifying reservation/vehicle. Full terms will be provided before booking.

Booking and payment responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation and for the accuracy of names, dates and travel documents. You are responsible for payments, deposits and final payment deadlines set by the supplier, and for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required health or entry documentation. Travel insurance is recommended and is optional unless a supplier requires it.
Third-party suppliers and their terms
All travel arrangements are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Every booking is subject to the terms, conditions, contracts of carriage, policies and fees of the applicable travel supplier, which you should read before booking. The Advisor acts as an agent in arranging these services and does not operate them.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change, cancellation and refund rules are set by the applicable supplier and may include penalties or non-refundable amounts. Requests to change or cancel must be made in time to be processed under the supplier's deadlines. Supplier-imposed schedule changes, itinerary changes and cancellations are outside the Advisor's control.
Website accuracy
Reasonable effort is made to keep this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Content is provided "as is" without warranties, and may be changed or removed at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Advisor is not liable for losses, damages, delays, injuries, or expenses arising from the acts, omissions, insolvency or default of any travel supplier or third party, or from events outside the Advisor's reasonable control such as weather, port changes, mechanical issues, strikes, or government actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
